The Knights of Columbus in Lake Placid, Florida, every year pay for (from church donations), pack, and deliver a full Thanksgiving meal worth of food for those that are in need in the community.

This year, the Knights delivered *24 meals. This video shows the awesome men that work to make this happen.

*Although the Knights of Columbus is a Catholic nonprofit organization, the families that receive food and services do not have to be Catholic. The list of families in need was provided by the St. James Church Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Lake Placid. SVdP serves the poor in the Lake Placid, Florida and south Highlands County area. If you need help from SVdP, call the number 863-840-1168. Volunteers answer these calls.
