South Florida’s R&R Construction of Florida has retained R. Michael Brown LLC for marketing consulting and content development.
“We’re a local south Florida business with a new name and brand,” said Richard Carfagna, President of R&R Construction of Florida – formerly known as Custom Carpentry Solutions. “Our reputation and reviews are five stars under the former name, but we do a lot more than carpentry. We are focusing on commercial projects and that’s where our business is growing.”
R&R Construction of Florida has finished renovations right now on three new stores in Town Center of Boca Raton after completing store projects at Downtown at the Gardens, Aventura Mall, Shops at Merrick Park, Ashley Stewart, and eMed. The new stores in Boca Raton are ThirdLove, a lingerie retailer; GoodLife, luxury clothing essentials store; and Sugarfina, a luxury candy boutique. All of these stores grew out of their successful online e-stores.
“The brand transition to R&R Construction of Florida will be much stronger for us with Mike on board. He’s a local and national digital content marketing powerhouse that has helped brands become well-known in their markets,” said Richard. “He comes to us from our new partner Glen Trotta, who is currently a licensed general contractor partnered with us, real estate broker, and licensed community association manager.”
“First step is a new website,” said R. Michael Brown, consultant. “Next I’ll use my 8-Step Content Marketing System to relaunch R&R Construction of Florida back into the market. The integrated marketing plan includes a lot of helpful and entertaining video, think HGTV.”
Glen, formerly President of DiVosta Homes and the Florida Division of Pulte Homes built, marketed, and sold 40 million square feet of property, with $4 billion in closed sales, and 20,000 properties. At DiVosta, he hired Mike to spearhead marketing and Mike marketed and grew sales to over 4,000 homes a year for half the budget of previous years, because of his digital and Internet background, and he grew brand recognition for DiVosta Homes to 84%.
“We’re thrilled that Mike is available to relaunch us into our primary market from Jupiter to Miami, Florida, and more to come,” added Richard.
